By accessing drcyber.ca or registering for any Dr Cyber program (quiz, webinar, or cohort), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
2. Educational Purpose Only
Dr Cyber provides educational content and career guidance for people exploring cybersecurity. We do not guarantee employment, salary outcomes, certifications, or specific career results. Your progress depends on your effort, background, and the market at the time you apply.
3. Free Webinar & Quiz
The free webinar and Cyber Career Pathway Quiz are offered as-is. We may change dates, content, or availability without notice. Seats are limited and reservation is confirmed by email.
4. Paid Cohort
The Dr Cyber Cyber Career Switch Accelerator is a paid cohort with limited seats. Specific terms, payment, refund policy, and prerequisites are provided in the cohort enrollment agreement before any payment is collected. Application does not guarantee admission.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on drcyber.ca (text, images, videos, curriculum, branding) is owned by Dr Cyber and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our material without written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt services, scrape content programmatically, or use Dr Cyber materials to harm others. We may suspend or remove access for behavior that violates these terms.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Dr Cyber is provided on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or programs.
